Manchester United’s Javier Hernandez still has an unclear future

The Mexican forward of Manchester United, Javier Hernandez is still in the process of deciding his long term future. Javier Hernandez was released from Real Madrid as the Spanish club had the option of keeping hold Hernandez on a permanent deal but due to underwhelming performances, Real Madrid opted to offload the 27 years old forward back to Old Trafford.

There are a number of clubs which have shown interest in signing Hernandez but no official deal has been established and this is the players’ time to make an impact in the team that he eventually joins.

Javier Hernandez is 27 years old and this is the age which is considered to be the peak of any player in the world of football. The Mexican forward is entering a point in his career that is critical and hugely important in his career.

If Hernandez decides to remain in Old Trafford as a player of Manchester United, he still has a possibility of turning into a regular starter and reignite his career, especially after Robin van Persie was sold to Fenerbahce.

Louis van Gaal is searching around the market for a player who can perform alongside Wayne Rooney and become the main sources of goals. Hernandez can become this player and this would allow the Dutch manager to use that money in signing another player and reinforce a different position of his team. The things that Chelsea need to do in order to continue dominating

Chelsea has been in a very dominating form at least in relation to the Premier League as Jose Mourinho and his squad faced almost no difficulty in winning the 2014-15 season but there are some key things which need to be done if Mourinho wants to extend the form that his team is going through.

One of the main things is to keep hold of Eden Hazard. The Belgium midfielder has already received numerous individual awards including the Premier League Player of the Season as he scored 14 league goals and provided his teammates with 9 assists.

Eden Hazard has turned into one of the most important players in Stamford Bridge as the player is always causing trouble to the opposition’s defence with his fast legs and dribbling abilities, its hard to deny the fact that Hazard is one of the best players not only in England but in the world.

At the age of 24, Hazard practically has his entire career left ahead of him and keeping hold of him is crucial for Chelsea.

Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester City, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and PSG are all of the top clubs that have the financial freedom to make a huge cash offer for the Belgium player but trying to convince Jose Mourinho on letting one of his star players leave would be almost impossible to do. Vitor Pereira’s managerial transition to Olympiacos was a wise one

Vitor Pereira became the coach of Olympiacos in January of 2015 as he replaced Michel who was fired from the Greek club. Before taking the job in Greece, Pereira had been approached on a number of occasions with managerial positions in the Premier League.

“Olympiacos is announcing the end of its cooperation with manager Michel Gonzalez. The entire family of Olympiacos thanks Michel for his contribution to the club and wishes him every success in his career’’ This was the announcement that was made by the official website of Olympiacos as the Greek club announced the end of their relationship with the Spanish manager Michel Gonzalez.

There were a number of Premier League clubs that launched offers to Vitor Pereira as those English teams made an approach for the Portuguese manager. Everton and Crystal Palace were the squads that displayed most interested in luring Pereira but ultimately failed on doing so.

The owner of Crystal Palace, Steve Parish was the man who sacked Neil Warnock and attempted to turn Vitor Pereira into the new coach of the team and a number of negotiations as well as meetings were done in order to make it happen but Pereira had his eyes set somewhere else as he penned a two and half year long deal with Olympiacos and things have turned out well for him after having won the Greek Super League for the 5th consecutive year with a margin of over 10 points.
